Formerly the President of Blue Mantis, Josh leads initiatives to enhance client engagement and sustainability, delivering optimal experiences that yield measurable and positive business results. His success mantra is straightforward yet steadfast: client sustainability drives company growth, fueling continuous innovation.

In addition to his role as CEO, Josh shoulders responsibilities such as expanding revenue streams, guiding corporate development in mergers and acquisitions, formulating strategies, making investments, and spearheading innovation initiatives. He bears ultimate accountability for aligning revenue-generating departments, overseeing product portfolio evolution, and nurturing strategic partnerships, embodying IZR Tech’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and community engagement.

Josh’s journey to the executive helm includes founding Norwell Technology Group (NTG), a specialized IT and Security Advisory firm in 2015, which saw remarkable growth culminating in its acquisition by GreenPages, now Blue Mantis, in 2018. Since then, he has held pivotal roles within the organization, including President of Strategic Services, President of Sales and Marketing, and Chief Revenue Officer, before assuming the presidency in 2023 and subsequently ascending to CEO.

With a wealth of experience in senior leadership roles at prominent technology firms, Josh has demonstrated proficiency in managing mergers and acquisitions and directing growth strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

Beyond his corporate roles, Josh actively contributes to multiple Boards of Directors and Advisory Boards, underscoring his commitment to community impact. His dedication to service, rooted in his tenure in the U.S. Marine Corps, endures through substantial philanthropic and charitable endeavors.

Jay Pasteris

As Chief Operating Officer at IZR Tech, Jay Pasteris assumes responsibility for all end-to-end operations within the organization, including the ultimate ownership of all data, IT infrastructure, and organizational risk. Additionally, he oversees the HR function, playing a pivotal role in building, managing, and nurturing a world-class talent pool across the U.S., Canada, and India.

Formerly serving as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Jay’s exemplary performance led to his promotion to COO in April 2024. In his elevated role, Jay continues to spearhead the company’s IT and cybersecurity operations, serving as an invaluable client-facing resource, offering advisory insights and problem-solving expertise.

Jay boasts a distinguished career as a senior business technology executive, adept at aligning technology with business strategy and driving innovation across organizations. His extensive experience as a visionary technology leader has enabled him to successfully deliver enterprise technology solutions and cultivate high-performing, results-driven technology teams. These teams not only deliver tangible business value but also propel organizations to excel in the digital era.

Before joining IZR Tech in 2021, Jay served as the CIO and CISO for the Massachusetts Medical Society / New England Journal of Medicine. He also held the position of Senior Vice President of Global IT at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and served as the CIO and CISO for Veracode, a Boston-based cybersecurity firm.

Steven De Maayer

His primary focus is on enhancing shareholder value through digital transformation initiatives. Leveraging his extensive experience in designing and delivering elite service offerings, Steven empowers IZR Tech’s clients to harness automation, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity best practices to achieve enhanced business agility.

With over 20 years of experience as an esteemed IT services executive, Steven has a proven track record of creating, managing, and exponentially growing IT services for high-performing companies, ensuring total quality assurance and fostering both employee and customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining IZR Tech, Steven served as the Chief Services Officer at Carousel, a Cloud Communications Service Provider (CCSP), where he led a team of over 500 professionals and played a pivotal role in positioning the company for a successful acquisition in May 2021. His illustrious career also includes roles such as General Manager for Wipro Limited’s Cloud and Infrastructure Services group, Senior Vice President for Services at Dimension Data overseeing a $400 million services business, and General Manager at HP, where he established and managed offshore delivery centers in Costa Rica.

Hailing from the Caribbean Island of Curacao, Steven holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from the University of Florida, underscoring his strong academic foundation and commitment to continuous professional growth and development.

Terry Richardson

Joining IZR Tech in 2023, Terry brought with him a wealth of expertise garnered from his illustrious career in global channel, enterprise, and OEM sales. Renowned for his integrity, trustworthiness, and profound knowledge, Terry has earned a reputation as one of the most respected and esteemed sales leaders in the industry.

Before his tenure at IZR Tech, Terry served as the North American Channel Chief at AMD, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s channel strategy. Prior to that, he held key positions at HPE and Hewlett-Packard (HP), SEPATON, EMC Corp., and Data General. Throughout his career, Terry has been the recipient of numerous industry accolades, including multiple wins of CRN’s Most Influential 50 Channel Chiefs and the prestigious 2017 CRN Channel Madness Tournament of Chiefs.

Terry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Marketing from Boston College, underscoring his strong academic background and commitment to excellence in both technical and business domains.

Jason Bernstein

His deep subject matter knowledge spans corporate finance, accounting, financial planning, budgeting, contract negotiations, sales operations, process improvement, and team leadership.

Before assuming the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at IZR Tech, Jason served as the VP of Finance & Sales Operations, where he played a pivotal role in ensuring the alignment of the company’s financial objectives with the sales organization’s goals. His strategic oversight ensured that the company had the necessary operational support to achieve its objectives.

Jason’s illustrious career path includes multiple promotions within MTM Technologies, where he rose from Vice President of Operations Finance to Senior Vice President of Finance & Sales Operations. In this capacity, he held responsibility for overseeing the national sales and marketing organization, as well as all corporate finance and back-office support functions for the entire organization.

Jason holds an MBA from Fordham University, underscoring his commitment to advancing his knowledge and skills in finance and business management. Additionally, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Logistics from Pennsylvania State University, further solidifying his strong foundation in business operations and strategy.

Gary Yu

In this elevated position, he assumes complete responsibility for centralizing internal IT operations, systems, integrations, and global risk and compliance efforts. Gary’s strategic acumen is instrumental as he collaborates with IZR Tech stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives, effectively reducing costs, risks, and the complexity associated with managing technology infrastructure.

With over 25 years of experience in technology and software development, Gary brings a wealth of expertise to IZR Tech. His extensive background encompasses various domains, including business intelligence systems, financial services, operations systems, CRM, ERP, and fulfillment systems. Gary’s profound understanding of these areas enhances IZR Tech’s capabilities and positions the company for continued success in the dynamic technology landscape.

Gary earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, Massachusetts, further validating his technical prowess and commitment to excellence in the field of information technology.

Mario Brum

A “boomerang” employee, Mario rejoined IZR Tech in 2021 from ServiceNow and previously Loom Systems. During his initial tenure with IZR Tech (formerly GreenPages), Mario spent nearly nine years in various data management roles, contributing significantly to the development of solutions and professional services offerings. He played a pivotal role in establishing IZR Tech as a reputable and successful IT services organization.

Mario’s dedication to customer advocacy has been instrumental in helping both established businesses and startups refine their go-to-market strategy, expand their global presence, and enhance brand awareness. Notably, his contributions to startups like SimpliVity, where he served on the product direction committee board, were crucial in driving initial product functionality, vision, and global strategy, leading to rapid growth and a billion-dollar valuation.

Originally from Portugal and born in Angola, Africa, Mario is fluent in Portuguese and proficient in Spanish, reflecting his diverse background and global perspective.

Sarah Foote

David Lallemand
